1. How does the design process work?
Here’s how we bring your dream wedding stationery to life:
  • Initial Chat & Questionnaire: We start with a relaxed chat (optional) or by filling out a short questionnaire to capture your ideas, style, and wedding vibe.
  • Mood Board of Ideas: I’ll create a mood board of initial concepts inspired by your vision — the perfect starting point for your stationery suite.
  • Deposit & Design Kick-Off: Once you’re happy to proceed, a deposit (typically 50% of the estimated design fee) is required before design work begins. This secures your place and gets the creative magic flowing!
  • Design & Refinement: I’ll create your bespoke designs, and we’ll refine wording, illustrations, colours, and finishes together until everything feels just right.
  • Production & Delivery: Your stationery is printed using high-quality materials, beautifully packaged, and delivered to you, ready to wow your guests.


2. How much does bespoke stationery cost?
Every suite is unique, so pricing depends on:
  • Number of pieces (invitations, RSVP cards, menus, signage, etc.)
  • Materials and finishes (foil, wax seals, ribbons, hand-painted elements)
  • Custom illustrations, calligraphy, or hand-lettering

As a guideline, bespoke invitation suites typically start from around £450. A full quote is provided once we’ve discussed your vision and requirements.


3. How far in advance should I book?
12+ months: Collect inspiration and ideas
8–10 months: Send save-the-dates
6–8 months: Begin the design process
3–4 months: Send invitations
1–2 months: Finalise on-the-day stationery (menus, place cards, signage)

Planning ahead ensures enough time for design, revisions, printing, and assembly.


4. Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! I’m based in beautiful South Wales and have created bespoke stationery for couples across the globe.


5. Can you help with wording and etiquette?
Yes! From traditional formal phrasing, such as “Mr. and Mrs. James request the honour of your presence at the marriage of their daughter”, to modern, playful wording, I’ll help you craft invitations that are elegant, clear, and personal to your style.


6. What if I’m not sure what style I want?
No problem! During our consultation, we’ll explore your vision, venue, colours, and theme. I’ll create concepts to help you discover your personal style and ensure your stationery reflects your celebration perfectly.


7. Can I make changes once the design is final?
Minor adjustments are possible during proofing. Once approved and sent to production, changes may affect timing or cost, so careful review at the proofing stage is essential.
